Dusty is an older gelding around 30yrs old that was donated to us after he was saved from auction. He came to us underweight and in great need of some dental and hoof care. We got his teeth floated, feet trimmed, and had him vetted. Dusty is back up to weight and is currently shod on his front feet. Due to Dusty's brand, we believe that at one time he was used at a Boys-Scout camp. Dusty is broke to ride and is suitable for light riding due to age. Dusty is the type of horse that could be put out to pasture, then saddle months later and still be the same gentle soul. Dusty is beginner friendly and would be a great horse for someone to learn to ride on and care for. Dusty can be cinchy and would do best if left untied when saddling. Dusty is currently ridden in a Hackamore, neck reigns well, and responds well to leg pressure. He has a very easy trot and slow rocking horse lope.
